Guido Buettgen

After studying visual communication, Buettgen worked for various advertising agencies. In 2010, he embarked on a several-month-long trip around the world, earning money as a boxing coach. Following the self-published publication of a travelogue, he turned to fiction, publishing the crime novels *Champagne Blood*, *Champagne Death*, and *Champagne Grave* with Emons Verlag. The premiere readings for all three books took place at the Munich Crime Festival. Buettgen lives with his family in Feldafing on Lake Starnberg.
